Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Due to health concerns caused by COVID-19, our exchange and/or return policy is as follows:

Unopened and unused products, sealed in their complete original packaging, with all their original tags and/or labels, are eligible for credit in our online store if the customer notifies his or her intention to return within a period of five (5) days from the receipt of the product. The customer must write to us at 📧 krystalos@live.com or call 📞 +1 (787) 341-5794 BEFORE starting the exchange or return process, to determine if the products in question are eligible.

For health reasons, we do NOT accept the exchange or return of opened products, products that are out of their original packaging or used. Products without their full original packaging or without their original tags and/or labels are also not eligible for exchanges or returns.

NO money is returned. Only store credit is offered. This credit does NOT include shipping costs. The customer can return the product(s) in question in person, or he/she can send it(them) at his/her own expense. For any change, the shipment of the changed product(s) is at the customer’s expense, or you can make the change in person. In case of return, the total amount of the credit will be determined at the end of the process and will be delivered in the form of a digital Gift-Card for use in our online store.

Special or discounted pieces are final sale with no exceptions.

PACKAGES LOST BY USPS / OTHER CARRIERS

In case of packages lost by the USPS, you must file a lost package complaint with the USPS BEFORE contacting us. You can do it at this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm.

In the case of shipments processed through other carriers, you must file the corresponding complaint with the carrier you chose to transport your order. Remember that, after the package leaves our location, the handling is entirely the responsibility of the USPS or the carrier you have chosen to send your order.

If the package is returned to us due to the customer’s mistake in writing his or her postal address incorrectly, the customer will have to pay the shipping cost again to be resent. If the customer refuses, the value of the items purchased will be returned LESS the value of the shipping service, since the shipping service was carried out and was not successful due to customer error.
