DEVOLUCIONES \/ CAMBIOS<\/strong><\/p>

Debido a preocupaciones de salud causadas por el COVID-19, nuestra pol\u00edtica de intercambio y\/o devoluci\u00f3n es la siguiente:<\/p>

Los productos que est\u00e9n sin abrir y sin usar, sellados en su empaque original completo, con todas sus etiquetas y\/o etiquetas originales, son elegibles para recibir cr\u00e9dito en nuestra tienda en l\u00ednea si el cliente notifica su intenci\u00f3n de devoluci\u00f3n dentro de un per\u00edodo de cinco (5) d\u00edas desde la recepci\u00f3n del producto. El cliente debe escribirnos a \ud83d\udce7\u00a0krystalos@live.com<\/a> o llamar al \ud83d\udcde\u00a0+1 (787) 341-5794<\/a> ANTES de iniciar el proceso de intercambio o devoluci\u00f3n, para determinar si los productos en cuesti\u00f3n son elegibles.<\/p>

Por razones de salud, NO aceptamos el intercambio o devoluci\u00f3n de productos abiertos, productos que est\u00e9n fuera de su empaque original o usados. Los productos sin su empaque original completo o sin sus etiquetas y\/o etiquetas originales tampoco son elegibles para intercambios o devoluciones.<\/p>

NO se devuelve dinero. Solo se ofrece cr\u00e9dito en la tienda. Este cr\u00e9dito NO incluye los costos de env\u00edo. El cliente puede devolver el o los productos en cuesti\u00f3n en persona, o puede enviarlos por su cuenta. Para cualquier cambio, el env\u00edo del producto cambiado corre por cuenta del cliente, o puede hacer el cambio en persona. En caso de devoluci\u00f3n, el monto total del cr\u00e9dito se determinar\u00e1 al final del proceso y se entregar\u00e1 en forma de Tarjeta de Regalo digital para usar en nuestra tienda en l\u00ednea.<\/p>

Las piezas en especiales o con descuento son venta final sin excepciones.<\/p>

PAQUETES PERDIDOS POR USPS \/ OTROS TRANSPORTISTAS<\/strong><\/p>

En caso de paquetes perdidos por USPS, debe presentar una queja por paquete perdido con USPS ANTES de contactarnos. Puede hacerlo en este enlace: https:\/\/www.usps.com\/help\/missing-mail.htm<\/a>.<\/p>

En el caso de env\u00edos procesados a trav\u00e9s de otros transportistas, debe presentar la queja correspondiente con el transportista que eligi\u00f3 para enviar su pedido. Recuerde que, despu\u00e9s de que el paquete sale de nuestra ubicaci\u00f3n, el manejo es completamente responsabilidad de USPS o del transportista que haya elegido para enviar su pedido.<\/p>

Si el paquete nos es devuelto debido a un error del cliente al escribir incorrectamente su direcci\u00f3n postal, el cliente deber\u00e1 pagar nuevamente el costo de env\u00edo para que se reenv\u00ede. Si el cliente se niega, se devolver\u00e1 el valor de los art\u00edculos comprados MENOS el valor del servicio de env\u00edo, ya que el servicio de env\u00edo se llev\u00f3 a cabo y no fue exitoso debido a un error del cliente.<\/p>
